We are hiring for our client, an award-winning leader in the marine industry, who is seeking a Communications Executive to join their team. You will work closely with the HR and Marketing teams, leading various engagement initiatives to foster a positive and connected workplace.

The Role:

As a Communications Executive your key duties will include:

  • Leading the company’s social committee, organising employee and charity events
  • Developing and managing the company’s intranet and internal communications
  • Organising employee briefings and producing the quarterly company newsletter
  • Managing employee engagement initiatives and assisting with HR administration
  • Representing the company at external events when required
  • Supporting HR and Marketing teams with additional duties

The Person:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a degree-level education or equivalent, and at least GCSE English Grade B
  • Be an effective team leader, communicator, and presenter with strong organisational and delegation skills
  • Be confident, with a can-do attitude and a passion for employee engagement
  • Have experience in marketing
  • Newly qualified graduates are welcome to apply, with prior experience in a marketing or communications role considered desirable but not essential
