The Role:
- Serve as the key Finance Business Partner, advising senior stakeholders within the firm on all matters related to tax.
- Deliver strategic financial insights, contributing to business decisions and initiatives.
- Oversee compliance with tax regulations, ensuring best practices are maintained throughout the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve financial performance.
The Person:
- Qualified finance professional with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), specialising in tax.
- Experience working within a professional services or legal firm would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and provide clear financial guidance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
