Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage key property transactions, including residential sales, purchases, and refinancing.
- Drive business development initiatives to foster existing client relationships and cultivate new opportunities.
- Mentor and oversee junior lawyers, paralegals, and trainees, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to the firm's standards of compliance and excellence.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in Property Law with a proven track record of managing complex transactions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
- A proactive and commercially aware mindset with the ability to drive business development efforts.
