The Role:
- Responsible for financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of management accounts.
- Oversee approval processes for paying creditors, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with other business functions to ensure finance supports business objectives and contributes to overall firm strategy.
- Provide insights to senior leadership to influence decision-making and improve financial performance.
The Person:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience as a Finance Manager in Northern Ireland.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, management accounts, and creditor payment processes.
- Demonstrable experience in business partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a finance team.
