The Role:
- Maintain accounts payable records using ERP system.
- Reconcile supplier statements, bank, and credit card accounts.
- Assist in supplier payments and issue resolution.
- Process invoices using an automated system.
- Generate purchase orders and analyse data trends.
- Support team meetings, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company’s culture and goals.
The Person:
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable experience – preferably within manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Automated AP processes.
- Desirable experience includes initiation of IATI or equivalent.
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Effective multitasking and organisational abilities.
