We are hiring for our client, a leading international law firm, seeking a highly skilled Finance & Capital Markets Associate to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with 2-4 years' PQE to work with a prestigious firm on high-profile, complex transactions within the finance and capital markets sectors.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of finance and capital markets work, including advising on equity and debt capital markets, project finance, and structured finance transactions. The Role:

Work on a variety of finance and capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, project finance, and structured finance.

Provide legal advice to clients across multiple sectors, including financial institutions, corporations, and governmental bodies.

Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.

Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients, building strong relationships and providing top-tier legal counsel.

Stay up to date on current legal trends and market developments to ensure the highest quality service.
The Person:

2-4 years' PQE in finance and capital markets law, gained at a leading law firm or financial institution.

Strong technical knowledge of capital markets regulations and financing structures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and drafting skills.
