Description: We are hiring for our client, a well-established construction contractor, who is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Manager for an exciting new build project in Enniskillen.

The Role:
- Deliver the project on time and to the highest standard
- Report directly to the senior management team, including the Contracts Manager and Project Director
- Provide accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and site information
- Work to construction drawings and works information in fine detail
- Survey the site to mitigate problems and check design viability
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Play an instrumental role in negotiating contracts with direct and subcontract staff
- Liaise with engineers, with a strong understanding of site-level operations
The Person:
- Proven Site Management / Project Management
- New build experience is essential
- Able to work using your own initiative
- Self-motivated and hard-working
- Track record of completing projects from start to finish
- Analytical, with sound decision-making skills
- Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry
- Relevant, up-to-date third-party H&S site management training
