We are hiring for our client, a highly successful and growing organisation in Mid Ulster/County Antrim, who are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR function.
Reporting to the Company Director, this is a great HR leadership role with full responsibility for the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, engagement, absence management, payroll reporting, and HR policy development.
The HR Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the senior management team, supporting business growth and embedding a positive people culture across multiple sites.

The Role
- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned to business objectives
- Lead HR operations across multiple sites, providing expert advice to senior leaders and managers
- Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, dignity at work, and performance management processes
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation, offboarding, and workforce planning
- Deliver learning and development initiatives and management training programmes
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
- Maintain HR systems, accurate records, and HR reporting to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Irish, UK, and European employment legislation
- Lead HR projects and organisational improvement initiatives
- Support multi-jurisdiction employment and global mobility requirements where applicable
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related discipline
- CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR accreditation desirable
- Significant experience in a senior HR generalist or HR management role
- Strong knowledge of Irish, UK, and European employment legislation
- Experience managing complex employee relations matters and HR processes across multiple sites
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Commercially minded, organised, and proactive
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
