Hunter Savage is delighted to be hiring for our client, a growing and well-regarded wealth management firm in Dublin, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Life and Pensions Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused administrator with previous experience in financial planning, life & pensions, or wealth management to join a business that is continuing to grow its client base and reputation within the market.
The successful Life and Pensions Administrator will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and ensuring clients receive a high-quality service across pensions, investments and protection products.

The Role:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors and Wealth Managers
- Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection products
- Liaise with life companies and providers to ensure applications are processed efficiently
- Manage client documentation and maintain accurate records
- Prepare review packs and client meeting documentation
- Handle client queries professionally by phone and email
- Assist with compliance and AML documentation requirements
- Support ongoing servicing and policy administration activities
- Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance standards
The Person:
- Previous experience within a Life & Pensions Administrator role or similar
- Experience working within a broker, wealth management or financial planning environment
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments and protection products
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and strong administration ability
- APA or QFA qualifications advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
