The Role:
- Provide high-level support to key clients and stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Maintain and organise company records and CRM systems to track client interactions and ensure accurate, accessible information
- Produce accurate and thorough documentation, including contracts, reports, and communications, in line with business standards
- Deliver exceptional client service to both internal teams and external clients, promptly addressing queries and fostering positive relationships
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, contributing to the efficiency and growth of the business
The Person:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
- Fast learner with confidence using databases and systems, and a willingness to develop
- Team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to a collaborative culture
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
