Hygiene Supervisor – Crossmaglen | £50,000–£52,000 per year | 4-Day Working Week

We are hiring for a growing Food Manufacturing company in Crossmaglen, seeking an experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead, motivate, and support a team while ensuring the highest hygiene standards across the site.

Top 3 Things to Know:

• £50,000–£52,000 per year with a 4-day working week
• Fixed shifts Friday & Saturday 7am–5pm; choose your other 2 days
• Lead a team of 7 in Hygiene & Laundry while also getting hands-on

The Role:

• Supervise and coordinate the Hygiene & Laundry team, ensuring daily tasks are completed to standard
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleaning standards across the facility
• Assist the team with cleaning duties and hygiene procedures when needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the hygiene function

The Person:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within hygiene, food production, or manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on approach – willing to support the team in daily cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards and safety regulations
• Flexible, proactive, and organised
