About the Company

A well‑established construction contractor with a strong pipeline of work is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Letterkenny. The company is known for delivering high‑quality projects safely, on programme and to specification.

The Role

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Site Manager will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of site operations. You will lead site activity, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality and health & safety standards.

This role will suit a hands‑on Site Manager with strong leadership skills and experience across all aspects of construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day‑to‑day site operations
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to specification
• Lead and promote a strong health & safety culture on site
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved RAMS and statutory requirements
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are achieved with minimal rework
• Deliver daily site briefings and manage interface risks between trades

The Person

• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Strong technical understanding of site operations and project delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities effectively
• Keen eye for quality and finishes
• Commercially aware with the ability to work under pressure
• Relevant construction or project management qualification (desirable)
• Full, clean driving licence
