We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organisation, who are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Ballymena.
This Maintenance Engineer role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking business with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The successful Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting production efficiency.

- Up to £46,000 (DOE) + Overtime
- Monday–Friday earlies & lates (no nights)
- Stable, well-established production environment
The Role:
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance
• Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
The Person:
• Time-served Maintenance Engineer or relevant engineering qualification
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience
• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving
The Reward:
• Salary up to £46,000 (DOE)
