The Opportunity
We’re working with a well‑established Irish contractor who are delivering a major redevelopment project in Co. Clare. This role offers the chance to take the lead on a high‑profile site where quality, coordination and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be joining a supportive senior team and will have full ownership of day‑to‑day site delivery on a complex, high‑spec project.

The Role
- Lead and oversee all on‑site activity, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintaining momentum against programme.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manage quality checks and maintain clear communication with senior management and client representatives.
- Plan ahead to avoid delays, identify risks early and keep the project aligned with timelines and budget expectations.
The Person
- 10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager on building projects.
- Background delivering complex or high‑spec builds; heritage project experience a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving ability.
The Rewards
- €55,000 – €80,000 depending on experience.
