• Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance
• Experience using Relay is essential

The Role

As a Personal Lines Account Executive, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of clients, handling all aspects of Personal Lines insurance including Renewals, New Business, and MTAs.

You’ll provide a high level of customer service while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and support business growth across the Irish market.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients
• Handle Renewals and maintain strong retention levels
• Generate New Business and build client relationships
• Process MTAs accurately and efficiently
• Respond to client queries across Motor, Home, Travel, Legal Expenses, etc.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Use internal systems, including Relay, effectively
