We are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit an Aviation Finance Solicitor.

This team is widely recognised as one of the key players in the global aviation finance market, advising many of the world’s leading lessors, airlines and financial institutions on complex, high-value, cross-border transactions.

The Role

• Advising on a wide range of aviation finance transactions, including aircraft leasing, acquisition finance and structured finance deals
• Acting for leading global aircraft lessors, airlines, banks and investors
• Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documentation
• Working on multi-jurisdictional transactions alongside international counsel
• Playing a key role in deal execution within a high-performing team

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE
• Background in banking, finance, asset finance or similar
• Strong technical and drafting ability
• Commercially minded with an interest in aviation
• Keen to work on complex international transactions
