The Role – EU Competition & Procurement Solicitor
You will work across a wide range of matters including:
- Merger control and competition filings
- Cartel investigations and regulatory enforcement
- Abuse of dominance and state aid
- Public procurement and advisory work
- Foreign direct investment and regulatory screening
- EU and Irish litigation matters
- Cross-team collaboration with Corporate, M&A and Disputes teams
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE
- Experience in EU competition, regulatory or procurement law
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach
