We are delighted to be working with a leading Irish law firm as they continue to grow their high-performing Commercial Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a market-leading practice advising on some of the most high-profile and complex property transactions in Ireland.
You will join a busy and expanding team, working directly with a strong international client base on large-scale, time-sensitive transactions across the full real estate lifecycle.

The Role – Commercial Real Estate Solicitor
You will work across a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisition, development and disposal of large-scale assets
- Asset management and structuring of property portfolios
- Negotiation of commercial leases and agreements for lease
- Advising on real estate aspects of corporate transactions
- Acting for developers, investors, landlords and occupiers
- Portfolio transactions and real estate finance matters
The Person
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Real Estate
- Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
- Experience managing transactions and client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team growth
