We are hiring for our client, a well-established contractor operating across healthcare and social housing sectors, to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager based in Londonderry.
This Mechanical Contracts Manager role offers the opportunity to lead delivery across a portfolio of live healthcare sites, managing mechanical maintenance, reactive works, and minor projects. The successful Mechanical Contracts Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction within a highly regulated environment.

The Role:
• Manage delivery of mechanical contracts across healthcare sites
• Lead and develop teams of engineers and subcontractors
• Oversee planned, reactive, and minor works programmes
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and contract delivery
• Ensure compliance with HTM standards and H&S regulations
• Act as key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for contract growth and additional works
• Manage risk, permits, and site compliance requirements
The Person:
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or similar
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and HTM standards
• Relevant mechanical qualification
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
