Commercial Property Solicitor
We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded and growing law firm, who are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work on high-quality, complex transactions with a strong mix of advisory and transactional work.

The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
- Advise on the sale and purchase of commercial property assets, including receiver sales
- Support clients on development projects and property financing
- Act for landlords and tenants on leasing and asset management matters
- Work closely with finance teams on lending transactions
- Collaborate with funds and financial services teams on property investment structures
The Person
We are keen to speak with Commercial Property Solicitors who:
- Have 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property (top or mid-tier firm)
- Have strong experience in acquisitions/disposals and commercial leasing
- Are confident with title investigations, drafting and closing processes
- Have exposure to property finance and due diligence work
- Possess excellent organisational and communication skills
- Are commercially minded and enjoy working in a team environment
