The Role:
· Build and manage production schedules aligned to customer demand.
· Translate forecast and order data into practical factory plans.
· Coordinate with operational and supply teams to keep production running smoothly.
· Anticipate and manage planning risks including material shortages or downtime.
· Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve output and reduce inefficiencies.
The Person:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing planning or scheduling position.
· Comfortable working in environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
· Strong systems knowledge (ERP/MRP) with good Excel capability.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competing demands.
· Confident communicator who can work across multiple departments.
