We’re partnering with a well-established, independent brokerage that is continuing to grow its mortgage advisory team.

This is a fully client-facing, advisory-led role, ideal for a Mortgage Advisor seeking stability, support, and the opportunity to focus on quality advice.

The 3 Most Important Things About This Role

• Fully Client-Facing, End-to-End Advice
  You’ll manage the full mortgage journey — from fact-find and suitability through to drawdown — advising across FTB, movers, switchers, BTL and self-build clients in a genuinely advisory environment.
• Strong Support & Established Infrastructure
  You’ll be supported by experienced admin and case management, allowing you to focus on advising clients and developing relationships rather than being bogged down in paperwork.

The Person

• QFA qualified (essential)

• Experience in mortgage advice within a bank or brokerage environment

• Strong understanding of the Irish mortgage market and lender criteria

• Professional, client-focused, and commercially minded
