We are hiring for our client, a well-established and growing business in Mid Ulster, who are seeking to appoint a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This Newly Qualified Accountant role offers an excellent opportunity for a practice-trained accountant or a Part-Qualified Accountant with industry experience to step into a commercially focused position.
The successful Newly Qualified Accountant will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting, supporting decision-making across the business, and gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across multiple functions.

The Role:
• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPI reporting
• Support the annual budgeting process, reforecasts and financial modelling
• Deliver insightful financial reports to support business decision-making
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Production, Technical, Supply Chain and HR
• Analyse cost drivers, product margins, stock variances and operational performance
• Ensure strong financial controls, reconciliations and compliance standards are maintained
The Person:
• Recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Part-Qualified with relevant industry experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Commercially aware with an interest in business performance
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage across departments
• Strong Excel and systems skills
