We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Irish law firm, who are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and highly regarded litigation department, supporting a team of experienced solicitors in a professional, on-site environment.

The Role

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Manage dictation, diaries, and court-related deadlines

Assist with file management, billing, and document organisation
-
Liaise with clients, counsel, and court offices as required

Support the team with day-to-day litigation administration
The Person
-
At least 2 year’s experience working as a Legal Secretary in a litigation

Strong typing, formatting, and document production skills

Good understanding of litigation processes and court procedures
-
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Professional communication skills and ability to manage confidential information

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
