Pensions Solicitor
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Solicitor to join a leading law firm in Dublin. This role offers the chance to work with an award-winning, market-leading pensions team, which is highly regarded both in Ireland and across Europe. You will gain exposure to a range of complex and high-profile pensions work, including pension risk transfer, master trusts, and pension regulation.
As a member of the team, you will be working on some of the most significant pension schemes and advising both corporate clients and trustees. This role offers an excellent platform for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to develop expertise in pensions law in a commercial, cross-jurisdictional setting.
Key Responsibilities

Advising on large pension schemes and their company sponsors.

Engaging in complex legal issues related to pension regulation, pension risk transfer, and master trusts.

Drafting commercial agreements and pension change documents.

Providing advisory services to trustees, corporates, and regulatory bodies.

Collaborating with a cross-jurisdictional team of legal professionals across multiple practice areas.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for candidates with:

0-4 years PQE in a respected law firm or in-house legal team.

Strong interest in pensions law and familiarity with Irish pensions regulation and master trusts (desirable).

Ability to work on commercial agreements and pension change documents.

An understanding of how pensions law intersects with corporate, regulatory, and employment matters.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining complex pensions issues to clients.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
