The Role

Provide high-level PA and administrative support to senior partners and fee earners in the Property team

Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
-
Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

Assist with billing, time recording, and matter management
-
Coordinate deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure smooth day-to-day team operations

Support the wider Property team with presentations, reports, and client materials
The Person
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Legal PA or senior Legal Secretary in a busy law firm

Proven experience supporting senior-level partners or fee earners
-
Strong document production, formatting, and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach

Ability to manage a demanding workload and prioritise effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
