The Role

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Property team

Draft, format, and proofread property-related legal documents and correspondence

Manage diaries, meetings, and client communications

Assist with file management, billing, and document organisation

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties in a professional manner

Support property transactions and day-to-day team administration
The Person
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Property or Real Estate

Strong typing, formatting, and document production skills

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach

Ability to manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
