Description
We are working with a leading international law firm in Dublin to recruit a Data Protection, Cyber & Privacy Solicitor to join their top-tier practice. This team advises some of the world’s most recognisable technology-driven organisations on high-risk, business-critical data protection and cyber matters.
The role offers exposure to complex GDPR advisory work, large-scale cyber incidents, regulatory investigations and enforcement, as well as privacy issues arising from digital transformation, platform regulation and emerging technologies. Much of the work has a strong cross-border and EU-wide dimension, often involving coordination with international offices and regulators.

The Role

Advise multinational clients on GDPR compliance, privacy governance and data strategy

Support organisations through cyber incidents, data breaches and regulatory engagement

Act on complex investigations and enforcement matters involving EU regulators

Advise on digital regulation, data transfers, adtech, AI and platform-related privacy issues

Work closely with technology, disputes and corporate teams on strategic mandates
The Person
-
Qualified Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE in data protection, privacy or cyber law
-
Experience gained in a large or mid-tier firm, regulator or sophisticated in-house team
-
Strong grounding in GDPR and EU data protection frameworks

Calm, commercial and solutions-focused, particularly in high-pressure situations

Keen to build a long-term career in data protection, cyber and regulatory law
