Production Supervisor (Evening Shift)
Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan
Salary: €42,500 + €2,500 Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Carrickmacross. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on professional to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading evening shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production staff during evening shift operations.

Ensure all production schedules and targets are achieved in line with company KPIs.

Maintain compliance with quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Support, train, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.

Monitor production output, identify issues, and implement process improvements.

Liaise with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Planning) to ensure smooth shift handovers.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.

Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and health & safety requirements.

Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
