Production Supervisor (Evening Shift)

Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan
Salary: €42,500 + €2,500 Annual Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Carrickmacross. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on professional to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading evening shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate production staff during evening shift operations.

• Ensure all production schedules and targets are achieved in line with company KPIs.

• Maintain compliance with quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

• Support, train, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.

• Monitor production output, identify issues, and implement process improvements.

• Liaise with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Planning) to ensure smooth shift handovers.

• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.

• Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and health & safety requirements.

• Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
