The Role:
• Provide maintenance support across production lines to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation projects within the facility
The Person:
• Time-served engineering apprenticeship (mechanical or electrical discipline) – essential
• Previous experience in a maintenance role within food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
