We are hiring for our client, a market-leading manufacturer and distributor in the interiors sector, who are seeking a driven Customer Success Executive to join their growing team. Based outside of Antrim, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the business during an exciting period of expansion.

The Role:
- Identify, qualify and convert new inbound sales leads
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers to increase spend/grow account
- Work closely with Sales Managers
- Research new markets using CRM and data tools
- Deliver product presentations, quotes, and proposals
The Person - What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Grade C in English & Maths
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
- Self-starter with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Commercial awareness, confidence in engaging with key decision-makers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
