Description:
We are hiring for our client, a prestigious international law firm, who are launching a new Employment Law team in Dublin and seeking to recruit an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE). This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new team at its inception, with access to high-profile clients, complex advisory and contentious work, and truly top-of-market remuneration. The Employment Solicitor will play a key role in shaping the team, working closely with partners across global offices.

The Role:

Advise on a broad range of employment law matters (advisory, contentious, and transactional support)

Support international clients on Irish employment law issues and global projects

Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements

Represent clients in employment disputes and regulatory investigations

Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the UK on cross-border matters
The Person:
-
Qualified Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) in Ireland or the UK with a background in employment law

Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and dispute resolution

Excellent communication and drafting skills
-
Experience advising employer-side clients preferred

Ambitious, team-oriented, and excited by a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
