We are hiring for our client, a leading specialist manufacturer with over 50 years of industry experience, providing products to customers in over 100 countries. Our client is looking for a talented Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Lurgan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to play a key role in maintaining production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and reliability within a high-demand manufacturing environment.
The role involves a rotating shift pattern (Days and Evenings, Monday to Friday), where the successful candidate will work on a variety of machinery, troubleshoot electrical faults, and ensure the ongoing upkeep of vital systems. The Role:

Perform scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and production machinery

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime

Collaborate with the engineering team to improve maintenance processes and machinery reliability

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all engineering activities

Work with the latest automated production technologies and systems
The Person:
-
Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (or equivalent) – essential

Proven experience in maintaining production machinery in a similar role – essential

Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Experience working in a manufacturing environment with automated systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively

Salary range: £39,000 - £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
