The Role
• Provide confidential and proactive 1:1 executive support to the CEO
• Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, prioritising time effectively
• Prepare high-quality documentation, board papers, reports and presentations
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute taking and follow-up actions
• Organise domestic and international travel itineraries
• Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and a high level of professionalism
• Contribute to wider team support when required
The Person
• Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or high-level PA role is essential
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgement
