Commercial Property Solicitor
We are working with a well-established and growing commercial property team in Dublin, currently seeking a solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE to join their experienced real estate practice.
The team advises a wide range of clients including developers, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers, and lenders. Known for their practical, solutions-focused approach, they regularly act on high-value development, investment, and asset management matters across Ireland.

The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will:
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing of commercial property
• Draft and negotiate leases and licences for both landlords and tenants
• Support on development transactions including site assembly and planning matters
• Act for public sector clients, developers, corporate tenants, and asset managers
• Work closely with teams in construction, banking and commercial contracts
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders across project lifecycles
The Person
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
• Is qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Has experience managing files with autonomy and confidence
• Possesses strong drafting, negotiation and organisational skills
• Enjoys working within a collaborative and professional team
