An excellent opportunity for an Applications Engineer to join a global engineering firm based in Dungannon. Reporting to the Engineering Manager working as part of a team you will focus on on-site plant optimisation, commissioning and troubleshooting.

The Role
- Provide application support for the product range
- Deliver on-site plant optimisation, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Communicate with customers and distributors during on-site work
- Gather and collate performance data on equipment and applications
- Advise customers on solutions for their application enquires
- Ensure correct equipment is selected to suit required applications
- Prepare simulations detailing expected performance parameters
- Prepare P&ID layouts
- Provide detailed technical requirements for bespoke plants to the engineering team. Assist in establishing lead-times and costs
- Investigate new applications for existing products
The Person
- Educated to degree level
- Experience within heavy industry
- Experience in industrial process design
- Proven knowledge in plant optimization, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Experience using design packages
