Senior HR Officer (Maternity Cover 12 months): Ballymena
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join the HR team, covering a wide range of HR Matters within the business. This is an excellent opportunity to grow as a HR professional and gain a wide range of HR experience in a fast-paced environment. This is a 12 month FTC located just outside Ballymena.

About the role:
- Ensure compliance with all employee documentation, including contracts and right-to-work checks
- Conduct workplace investigations as required in line with company policies and procedures and best practices.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on the application of core HR policies and procedures, including performance and absence management.
- Responsibility for the daily HR function in the HR Associate Directors’ absence
About the person:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in providing and producing high-quality advice to managers
- Employee relations experience e.g. disciplinary, grievances and performance management
- CIPD Level 5
