The Role:
- Lead and manage a broad spectrum of private client matters, including wills, trusts, executries, tax planning, and powers of attorney
- Maintain and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and intermediaries
- Play an active role in the strategic growth of the private client offering
- Mentor and support junior members of the team
- Contribute to the overall business development and visibility of the firm in the market
The Person:
- Senior Associate, Director or existing Partner with strong private client experience
- STEP qualified or committed to undertaking qualification (desirable)
- Commercially astute and driven, with a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a boutique, collegiate firm culture
- A strategic thinker with a collaborative and growth-oriented approach
