The Person:

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in a relevant mechanical discipline (essential)

Proven experience in a mechanical fitting role within a manufacturing or engineering environment

Ability to work effectively across rotating shifts (days, evenings, and nights)

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
