We are hiring for our client, a prominent top-tier law firm, seeking to expand their team in Dublin with a skilled Construction Solicitor - Non-Contentious. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1-4 years' PQE to work in a leading practice focused on complex construction projects across a wide range of sectors. You will be involved in advising high-profile clients, including developers, contractors, investors, and funders, on all phases of construction and development projects.

In this role, you will be handling a broad spectrum of non-contentious construction matters, including contract structuring, project procurement, and the appointment of design teams and contractors. You will work closely with a collaborative team on high-value, market-leading projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare, technology, and life sciences.

The Role:

  • Advise clients on a variety of construction matters including contract structuring, procurement processes, and appointments of design teams and contractors.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across other departments on project-related agreements, including leases, licences for work, and development agreements.

  • Work on diverse transactions within the construction sector, including residential, commercial, logistics, and life sciences projects.

  • Manage multiple client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service.

  • Work on high-value, complex development transactions, often involving major stakeholders and international clients.

The Person:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales.

  • 1-4 years’ PQE in construction contracts, energy, or project-related matters, ideally within a leading firm.

  • Strong client service focus and ability to manage competing client needs.

  • Excellent academic credentials and exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Proactive and team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
