Recruitment Consultant – Legal & Financial Services (Dubai Relocation Opportunity)
Initial Location: Belfast (relocation to Dubai after probation)
Hunter Savage is expanding internationally! As part of our 2025 growth strategy, we’re recruiting a Legal & Financial Services Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, with relocation to our Dubai office after a successful probation period in Belfast.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of launching an international office, while benefiting from the support, clients, and infrastructure of a well-established team.
Who should apply?
This role would be ideal for:
- An experienced recruiter with a strong interest in the legal & FS market.
You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills, a strong networker, and motivated by the opportunity to build a desk in a new and exciting market.
The Plan
- Start in our Belfast HQ – learn the ropes, meet the team, get your desk billing
- Once established, relocate to Dubai to help grow our legal & FS recruitment offering in the Middle East market
