The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company. This role involves.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and driving revenue from existing clients.
- Account Strategy & Planning: Develop tailored account strategies to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends to identify business opportunities and maintain competitiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Manage account performance and deliver regular reports to senior management.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market conditions.
The Person:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of FMCG account management/sales
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
