Hunter Savage is hiring internally for a newly created part-time Finance Officer to support our growing business and the Operations Team.
The Role:
- Belfast City Centre based
- Part-time – flexible on days/hours
- Salary depending on experience
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic team of senior recruiters who have an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting function, comprising 2 companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to step in and hit the ground running. Your role will be part-time between 16-20 hours - and we are flexible on days/timings to accommodate your other priorities.
Key tasks:
- Payroll - both weekly and monthly
- Invoicing for both our UK and Ireland businesses
- Credit control
- Reconciling invoices, receipts and payments
- Reconciling payments received
- VAT Return
- Month-end prep
