Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are hiring on behalf of our client, one of the UK and Ireland’s most established and respected food producers, for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing engineering team at their modern Dungannon facility. This role is ideal for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Electrician who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-volume production environment. With a strong emphasis on both mechanical and electrical maintenance, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-invested site where engineering excellence is a priority.

The Role:

• Provide planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment

• Carry out fault diagnosis and repair work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ensure efficient equipment performance to minimise downtime

• Complete electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to high safety standards

• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the site

• Work effectively within the engineering team during 12-hour rotating shifts

The Person:

• Time-served Maintenance Electrician or Electrical Engineer

• Proven industrial or production maintenance experience essential

• Skilled in maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding on industrial machinery

• Experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance is essential

• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Flexible to work 12-hour rotating shifts
