Real Estate Solicitor - Commercial 

We are working with a top ten Irish and internationally renowned law firm, recognised for its dynamic culture, exceptional client service, and track record of success in high-profile real estate transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 2 Years’ PQE Solicitor to join their award-winning Real Estate team, with a focus on commercial matters.

The Role:

As a Real Estate Solicitor – Commercial, you will work on complex, high-value transactions for a prestigious client base including developers, financial institutions, multinational corporates, and public bodies. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking legal team, providing commercially savvy advice in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development of commercial real estate.

• Draft and negotiate sophisticated legal documents and commercial contracts.

• Conduct detailed due diligence and risk analysis.

• Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, developers, and financial institutions.

• Collaborate across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE and strong commercial property experience.

• Previous experience within a top-tier real estate team is highly desirable.

• Excellent academic track record.

• Strong communication and drafting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters with precision and efficiency.

• A commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
