Our client, a global manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance programme at their Ashbourne, Co. Meath facility. This is a key role reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, responsible for ensuring world-class maintenance and reliability across production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximise uptime and efficiency.
  • Oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring objectives and expectations are met.
  • Utilise CMMS (Maximo) to optimise maintenance processes and reporting.
  • Drive improvements in maintenance effectiveness, including preventive strategies, parts inventory management, and data analysis.
  • Manage contractors and ensure all external work is completed to the required standards.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Analyse maintenance metrics to reduce costs and enhance reliability.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 yearsexperience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, production maintenance, and site facilities management.
  • Third-level qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent training.
  • Proven experience leading teams and driving maintenance performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
