An excellent opportunity for an experienced Design Engineer to join a global engineering company at an exciting time of expansion. Reporting to the NPD Manager you will play key role in designing and developing products that meet customer needs with a focus on continuous improvement

The Role
- Design and develop new products and modifications to existing products
- Create detailed models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and testing to ensure design functionality and durability.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in product design
- Troubleshoot design challenges and develop practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Support the delivery of new product development (NPD) projects within set timelines and budgets.
- Manage design revisions and changes effectively
The Person
- A degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using SolidWorks
