The Role:

Manage a broad range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, development and landlord & tenant work

Advise a mix of UK and international clients including developers, investors and corporates
-
Play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge-sharing

Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development initiatives

Work closely with partners and play an active part in the continued growth of the real estate practice
The Person:
-
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Ireland

Minimum of 7 years’ PQE with strong commercial real estate experience

Experience gained in a large or mid-tier law firm with a recognised real estate practice

Commercially aware with strong client-handling skills
-
Proactive, team-oriented and motivated by high-quality work
