The Role:

As a Technology Lawyer / Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will provide high-level legal expertise on commercial and technology-related matters, supporting clients across a range of industries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on technology contracts, software agreements, data protection, and commercial transactions
• Drafting and negotiating complex agreements with a focus on IP, IT, outsourcing, and digital transformation projects
• Providing strategic legal support to businesses navigating regulatory and contractual risks
• Collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure legal compliance in fast-evolving sectors
• Supporting business development initiatives and engaging in thought leadership within the legal and technology space

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

• 4+ years PQE in technology law, commercial contracts, or a related field
• England/Wales Qualified
• Strong technical expertise in IT, IP, outsourcing, and data protection
• A commercial mindset with the ability to advise on risk and strategy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team
